Amazon Smbhav Hackathon 2024

Please follow the below guidelines for participating in the event.

1. Registration: Registrations must be completed via the designated HackerEarth microsite. Each team must participate through a single HackerEarth account.
2. Team Structure: Register as an individual or in a team of up to 4 members. Each team requires a designated team lead, and the first person to register becomes the team lead. You can only be part of one team.
3. Team Formation: Use the Discussion tab on the microsite to find teammates if needed. Team changes are not allowed after the Idea Submission phase closes.
   Disqualification: Teams may be disqualified under the following circumstances:
    Participants providing incomplete, false, or fraudulent information will be disqualified.
     Disqualification may occur for actions deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or for infringing on others' intellectual property. Failure to comply with the Hackathon's terms and conditions may also lead to disqualification.
     The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or participant for any violation of the event's policies at their sole discretion.
     Solutions must not be developed as open source.
4. Event Structure: The event consists of four rounds:
     Round 1 - Idea Submission: A panel of judges will review all submitted ideas and shortlist teams for the next round.
     Round 2 - Prototype Building Shortlisted teams will develop their solutions.
     Round 3 - Demo Days:: The top 10-15 teams from the prototype phase will present their solutions to the judging panel, which will select the top 3 winners based on their presentations.
     Round 4 - Grand Finale: The winner will be announced, and top 3 shortlisted teams will be recognized at the Amazon Smbhav Summit on December 10 in New Delhi.
