Task

Create a platform to redefine the user experience for Indian SMBs selling globally - this could include features like real-time communication, seamless document sharing and management, query resolution, and other relevant tools.

Use Case 

FreshFruits Ltd. is an Indian company specializing in exporting exotic fruits to countries worldwide, including the United States and Europe. While they take great pride in the quality of their products, they face significant challenges in the export process.

One of their biggest struggles is coordinating with multiple shipping carriers to transport their fruits. Negotiating fair rates with each carrier is also a constant battle. On top of that, FreshFruits needs to ensure compliance with all the documentation and regulations for international exports. Tracking shipments and resolving any queries or issues adds even more complexity to their operational challenges. Despite their best efforts and high-quality fruits, FreshFruits is finding it increasingly difficult to manage these hurdles.
